Holy Sheep! Hong Kong style rice noodles

Rice noodles (Maisin 米線)is a dish originated in Yunnan, China, it is converted to “Hong Kong style” that’s less oily when it came to Hong Kong. It raised its popularity in the past 10+ years in Hong Kong, and now become a popular fast meal option for many Hong Kongers - it’s fast, not pricey, and taste reasonably well. It isn’t easy to find one in UK but there isn’t none! My friend recommended Holy Sheep and I love it! Soup base is tasty - it’s even better than the chain rice noodles shop in Hong Kong! and my “ultra spicy mala” is spicy enough for me - but there are also milder versions if you can’t take it! I particularly like their grilled chicken, with great aroma! added the enoki mushroom, good portion. Holy Sheep 神羊米線 Unit 197, 2nd floor, Hawley Wharf, London NW1 8AA #HongKong #Camden #London
